So I bought a character slot and made myself a ranger. I've always been fond of the Barrage idea, so my bar would look like...
1. Barrage (E)
2. Conjure ___/Splinter Weapon
3. ....NOW WHAT???
Okay I have NO IDEA what goes on the rest of the bar. Halp plox!!

that would be better, conjure is generally a bad idea because of attribute spread and unability to trigger orders and hexes which is rather bad and you are better off with splinter on a hero casting it on you, it is much better to take SY! and ebsoh to protect and assist your party.

igors build looks good and as he said conjure isnt really good cause of not triggering orders, and a vamp string is better than an elemental one, specially when you begin to face things like ice golems and destroyers.

My current Ranger barrage build is:

[Distracting Shot][Barrage][Pain Inverter][Never Rampage Alone][Throw Dirt][Comfort Animal][Charm Animal][Rebirth]

The [Throw Dirt] is an optional slot. It has been replaced by [Black Powder Mine] most often lately while doing Frostmaw's.

Two things to note - I like to bring a pet, so I do

& I usually run this with an H&H B/P group, so other things like [broad head arrow] & [ebon dust aura] are included with the Heroes.
